Aloha, My name is Shatera and I am in my twenties. I am a Registered Behavior Technician. As an RBT, I teach students behavior skills, carry out treatment plans, and collect data. I have experience coaching, encouraging, and assisting individuals who have been diagnosed with mental illness. I am also finishing up Vet Tech school online through Medaille College in Buffalo, NY. I have over 10 years of childcare experience! I received babysitter training and became certified at age 13 through the American Red Cross, and have been working with children ever since. I have gone from working one on one with kids for family friends to working in a school setting, and then at a children's psychiatric center.
