I got my state-certified educator degree and my Bachelor in social work in Germany and I worked in a preschool (kids age 2-6) for over 6 years. I grew up in a big family (5 siblings and lots of cousins) what lead me to my job as a preschool teacher. I have been working full-time with children since I graduated from college in 2009, with a few exceptions, and have overall 20+ years of experience with children ranging in age from 2 months to 16 years. I have worked as a coach, counselor, outdoor educator, tutor, and in-home childcare provider, among others. I have extensive experience working to support children with behavioral and mental health issues and to provide education to their caretakers; as a skills trainer, paraprofessional, and behavioral coach, I have worked in homes and schools with children with a variety of developmental delays and disorders, including ASD/PDA, ODD, RAD, Down’s Syndrome, and brain damage. As an outdoor educator with the US Fish and Wildlife Service I helped bring educational programs and summer camps to schools and remote villages. I enjoy reading, surfing, hiking and growing/harvesting/processing food.

Aloha! My name is Anna Raduziner and I live in the beautiful North Shore. Having younger siblings, my parents referred to me as the "built in babysitter". I held many baby sitting jobs through out middle school, high school, and still currently take jobs while I'm in college. My mother was a teacher and is now a principal at an elementary school, where I have also started to substitute teach at as I work toward my elementary education degree. I am CPR and lifeguard certified, so your child/children will always be safe in my care. I prefer to keep the TV off as much as possible and instead will bring over crafts or activities to keep all ages entertained and smiling!

I love being a sitter because I grew up around young kids all my life. I am currently in college as a nursing major in Honolulu.
