I grew up helping take care of my young siblings and cousins. It always was something I enjoyed doing, looking after the younger ones and watching them learn and grow. I love teaching and encouraging them to be independent and have self awareness. I like to play games, read books and eat snacks with them. Also take naps because most kids could use some time to wind down and relax. Most recently I sometime babysit my nephew who has autism and I’ve learned so much on how to work with him like patience and understanding is so important. I strive to help him adjust to new surroundings and new scenarios that make him feel different. But always make sure he feels love at the end of the day. I may not have much experienced with getting paid to babysit but I promise to take care your young ones like family.
