Hello, My name is Kadence Hartwell! I am excited to get to know you and your little ones! Growing up I always loved children! As soon as I was old enough to volunteer in the nursery at church I was there! This passion for children continued into my high school years, and made the choice to become a camp counselor at "Hidden Acres" where I served 2 summers. At camp I worked with children ages 4 to 18. During this time I fell in love with elementary age students. I also grew a passion for helping children from hard situations, as I was that child growing up. I currently am the preschool lead staff at a DHS certified childcare center. I plan educational lessons for and surprivise around 20 children daily. I am currently CPR and first aid certified and meet all DHS childcare requirements. I love working with children Read more because having just one caring adult in a child's life can change that child's whole trajectory. I am skilled in behavior management helping guide children through emotions.
