Hi, my name is Bailey and I have a passion for caring for youth! From a young age I started doing volunteer babysitting at my church and loved it. When it was time for me to get my first job in high school I knew it needed to be with kids and began nannying. I later went on to work at a childcare center and soon became the leader of the site. My favorite part of working with youth is watching them learn independence in a loving and nurturing environment, and when the dialogue changes from “I need help with this” to “look what I can do now!” A Little About Me: I love being outside and working with my hands.
