I am a compassionate and dedicated childcare professional with over seven years of experience supporting children’s academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development in a variety of settings, including homes, schools, and clinical environments. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), I have hands-on experience using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to support children with autism and developmental needs in a patient, understanding, and nurturing way. I take pride in creating safe, engaging, and positive environments where children feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged to grow.
