Hi, there! My name is Jessica, and I will be moving to Iowa City later this summer. I have what my family calls "the bug" because I've always enjoyed working with children! They bring so much joy to the world, and their enthusiasm for—well—everything...is unlike anything I have ever seen. I have nearly 10 years of experience babysitting and took 4 semesters worth of early childhood education courses. I worked in the childcare setting for 2 years, where I gained experience with little ones aged anywhere from 6 weeks to 5 years old. Additionally, I worked as a private piano instructor for a little over a year, and I had students who had just turned 4 years old all the way up to 15. I plan on transferring to the University of Iowa and pursuing a career as a child life specialist.
