Hi there! My name is Jaynie and I’m 26. I am a first year medical student at Des Moines University. I have been babysitting children ranging in age from newborn to middle school since I was 14. I enjoy working with children, and I like finding ways to make accomplishing tasks (such as homework or chores) more fun. I enjoy connecting with children and learning their personalities. I have experience tutoring at an elementary school, as well as giving informal homework help to children I’ve cared for. I’m happy to provide assistance with school work, especially in reading and science subjects. I have basic life support/CPR certification through the American Heart Association valid through 2023, as well. I am required to renew and maintain certification for my school.
