Hello! My name is Kim Boehm and I am currently an Early Childhood Special Education teacher at Southeast Polk Community School District. I graduated Simpson College with a major in Elementary Education and endorsements in Math, Reading, and Early Childhood in 2018. I have been employed as the 4/5 year old Master Teacher at the Science Center of Iowa Preschool for two years, a Pre-Primary Montessori educator in California for a year, and I am wrapping up my third year as a preschool special education teacher at southeast polk. I have also worked with ages from newborn to 6-year-olds full time at Generation Next Daycare for about three years, was a full time summer nanny for a family for two years, and have regularly babysat a few families with 3+ children. I am CPR, First Aide, and CPI certified.
