My name is Katherine and I am brand new to New York, originally from Des Moines, Iowa! My full time job is in public relations. I am looking for part time opportunities as well as to connect with families in the area as I love children! I have a wide range of experience working with kids. I started babysitting and teaching swim lessons when I was in high school. Continuing through my college years, my summer jobs consisted of babysitting and working at a bilingual daycare. After graduating from college, I moved to Madrid, Spain where I taught English as a second language. Most recently, I was a nanny for several families with multiple children. My qualifications include speaking Spanish, I’ve been lifeguard and CPR certified, and my experience in teaching. I am able to help with homework and I love to make learning fun!
