In addition to being a fun loving babysitter/nanny, I am also a qualified cook. I have been cooking in retirement homes for the last 3 years. I also was a dining consultant for a 10 room recovery unit where I was in charge of following dietary needs for residents recovering from surgery. That included feeding residents at requested times while following specific diets which included strong communication skills with the dietitian and the cooks while multitasking in order to stay on schedule. In addition to being able to provide quality food and scheduling for your children I would like to say that I take an exceptional amount of pride in being an outgoing people person!
