Hello, my name is Bailey Carroll, and I am a third-year student at the University of Iowa. I created my own major that entails psychology and counseling classes, and I am hoping to work in a non-profit that benefits underprivileged youth in urban areas. I have a ton of experience working with kids, including: caring for my two younger siblings, caring for 5 of my cousins all at once, babysitting in my hometown, babysitting in the Iowa City area, and I also have been employed at a summer camp the past three summers. I have experience with infants, I am certified in CPR and First-Aid, and I have a clean driving record. I am also always willing to come on a short notice as long as I am available! I love spending time with kids and making sure that they have as much fun as possible while I watch them.
