Hello! Thank you so much for checking out my profile. I am a happy Iowa native studying child development and clinical psychology at the University of Iowa. Right now I am taking some time away from studies to build up my savings. I am very familiar and comfortable with children of all ages and needs. My mother ran an in-home daycare growing up and I have babysat since I was 13. I have nannied for the same family for four summers in a row, and most recently have worked as a daycare teacher, working between the infant and preschool rooms. I have completed an online class titled, “Essentials in Childcare” from Iowa State University which covered everything from car seat regulations to allergic reactions to SIDS.
