She's very punctual. But, she's a very sickly person. Almost lost my job because of it. Good with babies, lacks a lil motivation needs to be in couraged cameras in the house revealed her phone is very important. Quit without notice wasn't ok with being a nanny while I was in the house. Worked for almost 3 weeks :(
