Hi, I'm McKenna! I've worked at a couple of at-home daycares in the past. for almost 2 years when I was 16-17ish. And this past summer for a couple of months. I like planning activities and I like to have a designated schedule. In my experience with kids, I've learned how to prep meals according to different nutritional guidelines. I also know how to change diapers and potty train. I've worked with children ages 9 months to 10 years old. I honestly can't express how much I love working with kids. In my past experience when I was a helper in my first year of working in an at-home daycare, I took it upon myself to try to teach the 3's and 4-year-olds the alphabet. It took almost 2 months, but they got it down! I was so proud of them! At home, in my free time, I like to write lyrics and listen to music. I am currently working at Texas Roadhouse. I'm hoping to replace my Roadhouse job with babysitting. I have older sisters who work with children, this is where I get my inspiration from.
