Hello! My name is Fae, Im an associate working for a before and after school program in Urbandale during the school year with summers off. For experience and schooling: I’ve taken college credit courses in childcare during my time as a highschool student. These classes include: Child growth and development Family life Foundations of education Followed by Field Stidy, where I participated in classrooms as a teachers aid to gain experience. I’m CNA certified (Certified Nursing Assistant) and CPR certified I’m currently planning to attend college for a psychology degree. I’ve worked with children ages 6 months to 8th grade. I am an associate at my childhood elementry working the before and after school program for the last five years. I have some experience involving children with ADHD and Autism, I have ADHD as well. As a young child my mom did income daycare, so I grew up helping out with it. As well as helping raise my younger sister, after my mom passed away. I've continued to babysit when need be for neighbors, friends, family, and other children. I've recently been watching a 3 year old and an infant, or an 8 and 10 year old. I also love the outdoors, and would rather be outside then inside. I have no issues with any pets. I'm CPR certified, and can handle any situation comfortably. I’m 22 years old and have been working in childcare since I was 16. Before that, I used to babysit my siblings and the younger children of some close family friends. I have been watching children in some fashion since I was 11 years old (26 years). I have been a nanny for a family in the past and it was a great experience. I have watched children from infancy into their teens and have no issues with watching multiple children at the same time. I am very organized and like to keep children occupied with activities with minimal screen time. I have two nieces and a nephew (all siblings) that I have watch since birth and still watch frequently. Their ages vary from 10 months to 7 years old. When I am watching them, I have one child home all day, one child home half days, and the eldest has school all day. This requires being able to keep the day organized and a good routine going.

Even though I am the youngest in my family, I have spent many years helping with my niece. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I work with 3-6 and 7-12 year olds mostly. I grew up helping at camp with at risk kids, I am a success coach with those kids as well. As a success coach I work with kids who aren’t having the best of times. I help them understand why they are upset and how we can work through this to have a better days. I am verified in mental health awareness for children. Hi there! My name is Natalie, I’m 26, and I work full time as a public health educator. As part of my job, I frequently work with preK- 4th grade students in school/after school program settings and absolutely love it! I also have several years of experience babysitting newborns through about 10 years of age from my high school and college years. In particular, I babysat for a family with 4 children every weekend for about 3 years, so I know how to handle multiple kiddos at once!
