I am a recent Boise State Graduate with a degree in Social Sciences (emphasis in sociology and psychology) and a minor in Family studies who is furthering my education via a master's in Speech-Language Pathology. I play and coach volleyball, play softball, and ride my horse in the Military Reserve. I love helping out the community and have traveled abroad to both the Dominican Republic and Kenya on medical and religious mission trips. I have grown up in East Boise. I attended Roosevelt, then North, then Boise High and loved it! I am in multiple vocal ensembles at Boise State and love the arts! I am an experienced babysitter for kids of all ages. This summer I worked as a nanny for two awesome kids (ages 9 and 11) Monday - Thursday from 9am to 3pm. However, I have also nannied and babysat for kids of all ages and abilities. Read more I nannied for three years for a child with a muscular dystrophy so am CPR and Med Distribution certified and am in the process of obtaining my First Aid certification. I have also babysat for infants, nannied for 1-3 year olds, and worked as a caregiver/babysitter for an 18 year old girl with Autism and loved it. I love working with kids, I often find that I learn much more from them then they learn from me! Last school year, I completed an internship in an Extended resource classroom K-6 at Silver Trail Elementary School, and another internship at Valley View Elementary in a first grade class as a Reading/Literacy aid and aspiring teacher. I have also done an internship at Whitney Elementary school in the Extended Resource Classes and Speech Pathology rooms. I became a certified babysitter at the age of 13 through the St. Luke's Babysitting course (2008) and have loved it ever since. I am fun loving, creative, punctual, and hard working! I have also worked as a house sitter, a pet sitter, a dog walker, and an English/Reading tutor!
