Behavior is simply a language that kids use when they cannot use their words. I have experience and an amplitude for negotiating challenging behavior. I often see improvement in kids with challenging behavior after working with them for a short time. I love being active with children, such as sports or any games that we might create. I like to limit screen time and keep them engaged with games, art or activity.
