I placed an add on the Sitter City website last week. I heard from Therralth with in a day, I set up an appointment to meet with her for an interview Friday Morning. She sounded amazing, wonderful skills and qualifications. I thought the interview went well, she told me she was interested in the job and she told me she was excited to start on Monday Morning. I explained to her that due to my home life right now I am counting on her. She understood and agreed all the same, telling me I could count on her. Sunday night at 8pm, I receive a text message from her telling me she found a higher paying job and she wasn't able to help me! I was shock, I understood that it happens but to tell me at 8pm on a Sunday night was extremely unprofessional. After talking to her some more she agree to come and watch my kids for the week while I found someone else to take the job. She told me she would be at my house at 6:30am, I mentioned to her that my oldest would watch my younger kids until she got there and he had to go to school. SHE NEVER SHOWED UP! She didn't even call me! My oldest son called me at 7am telling me that she never came, he kept waiting and hoping she would come! I tried to reach out to her multiple times and she never called or texted me back.
