24 hrs. before starting she informs us the timings don't work for her school schedule. Offered alternative timings, never heard back Yes or No. Wasted our time and money and lost opportunity for other candidates. Do not recommend based on initial experience.

We had a chance with Karina and she was a wonderful nanny to our son and family. Our son just adore her and she had kept him in her site the whole time she was with him including reading and interacting with him. She was great with all the light house keeping duties.
