I am a graduate of the University of Idaho with a BS in horticulture and urban agriculture. I worked as a preschool teacher for three years and a one-on-one paraprofessional for two years. I also co-lead a 5 week horticulture camp for elementary kids. I loved being able to experience the world through their point of view. Getting to read books (my all time favorite is the Pigeon series) and teaching kids new things like ASL or doing crafts made me realize how enriching it is to be a part of their lives. I also love animals and have a lifetime of experience with children who have disabilities.
