She told us she wanted to interview on a Saturday morning so we arranged our schedule to accommodate hers. Then, once we did and were trying to figure out the exact time she ghosted us. We even asked her to just let us know if she was no longer interested and she did not reply. Not a great look when people are looking for someone dependable to watch their toddler.
