I am passionate about teaching, and love working with children. Currently I am a high school teacher on the south-side of Chicago, but I have a background in childcare. I worked at a Montessori preschool in Libertyville, IL for two years before going to get my BA in English and BS in Secondary Education. The two summers I worked at this preschool, I was a nanny for two families from the school. I have been babysitting practically my whole life: i have two younger brothers that I used to care for while my parents were at work, and started babysitting for families at my church, school, and in my community at age 12. I have experience caring for a range of ages, and creating activities/lessons for a range of ages. I am highly organized, punctual, and hard-working.
