Stephanie was great via conversations and it was awesome that she was willing and able to watch my daughter with only 3 days notice. I had picked up an extra shift at work (a 2nd shift at a hospital). She notified my about 45 minutes before she was supposed to arrive that she was having car issues and would try to be there on time. I offered to pick her up and take her home if needed. She replied that she would let me know. About 15 minutes before she was to arrive (or have me pick her up), she informed me that she was not able to get her car started and that she had to take care of it. I do understand these types of issues, however, I was left without any other options. She had made a commitment and was not able to fulfill that commitment.
