I have had experience with caring for children since I was about 15 years old. I babysat for 11 different families and just loved every minute of it. While I was in high school, I cared for children with the ages varying from newborn to 12 years old. I found it extremely rewarding when a previous child I had cared for told me that I made her think more highly of herself. I feel that raising someone's self image like that is one of the greatest gifts a person can give to a child. I also feel that there is no greater purpose than one that not only entails keeping children safe from harm, but asks as a positive role model to them along the way. I do not just enjoy caring for children, I feel that I have a passion for it.
