Hello! My name is Michelle, I am 23 years old and I am from Buffalo Grove, IL. I received my associates degree from the College of Lake County in Illinois while regularly taking care of an 11 and 4 year old sisters. Kayla and Asha were the first girls I was paid to take care of and I formed a great bond with both of them throughout the 2018-2019 school year. Typically I made sure Kayla finished her homework and chores before her parents get home and all three of us also did arts and crafts and road their bikes outside. I have also taught online English classes for the past four years, and during my senior year of high school I was in Brazil through the Rotary Youth Exchange Program. I received my bachelor’s degree in criminology and psychology from the University of Iowa in 2022. I currently work Read more at a mental healthy facility called SunCloud Health in Northbrook full-time. I typically work the morning shifts from 6-2:30, occasionally on the weekends. I have great communications and management skills while being clean and friendly. I would love this opportunity to save money and more importantly, to form a safe and nurturing bond with my employers and their child/children. I also will have my own car for transportation from school, sports, and other activities your child/children are a part of.
