We were supposed to meet with Kimberly on a Friday evening at 7pm. My wife was running a bit late due to train delays, and sent Kimberly a text before 6:30pm to let her know that she might be running a bit late and that I would still be able to meet with her at 7pm. She received a response from Kimberly at 7:09pm informing her that she was going to be at her other job until 9pm and asked to reschedule. We understand that things might come up last minute, but it would have been nice to be informed prior to our scheduled meeting time regarding a cancellation.
