Hi! My name is Madeline. I am a part-time student at Hunter college working towards a degree in studio arts. I have three years of experience caregiving, baby-sitting, and teaching! In my work, I value child lead play and autonomy and prioritize facilitating meaningful experiences and opportunities for children to develop a love and curiosity for nature, art, and deeper connection to the outside world. I am originally from southern California and before moving to New York, I had spent most of my time split between traveling, Backpacking and living sustainably in an off-Grid community in Colorado. I spent a year in upstate NY working various interpersonal positions in the Waldorf education realm rooted in community and focused on biodynamic farming and outdoor play. I also am a Tattoo Artist working out of a private Studio in Brooklyn. In my free time I love taking the train out to the Read more beach, going out dancing, painting, and sitting in the park soaking up the sun.
