I am completely interested in the care and welfare of children and have been since a very young age, that began with babysitting as a teen. I have a passion for being a part of the shaping and development of young minds, all of which I am sure influenced my decision to become a peer mentor and tutor both in high school and in my undergraduate studies. I am currently getting my masters degree in elementary education, and as part of my field experience I teach and tutor 2nd through 8th grade students. I have watched and given care for children aging from infancy to preteen. Some of the completed tasks included preparing meals, shopping and running errands, tutoring of homework, light housekeeping and general household assistance as needed.
