I've known Rachel since 2011, and boy, do I feel lucky to have her in my life. Rachel is extremely knowledgeable... and ok, kind of a total nerd (I mean that in the best way possible) when it comes to all things babies and birth. Her ability to connect with children and families has always impressed me. You would be hard pressed to find a more genuine human being than Rachel. You can really see just how great she is at caregiving in the way her son is blossoming. He is so caring, thoughtful, confident, and authentic. Definitely the product of a lot of mindful attention and communication. Hoping she finds a part-time placement so she can continue the amazing work she's doing with our agency.

Rachel has been with our family since my son was 3 months old -He's now almost 4. In that time we had another baby and Rachel has been there since the day she came home from the hospital. In that time she has been a huge part of our lives and will always be a permanent part of our family. She is deeply caring, easy going and easy to talk to, and an incredible communicator. She is amazing with our kids and they love her so much they run into her arms in the morning. Rachel is fantastic with newborns and knows just how to soothe them (and their overwhelmed parents)! She is also amazing with toddlers and is never fazed by the tantrums or difficult situations that 2 small ones can sometimes lead to. I recommend Rachel with zero reservations and know that any family would be lucky to have her.
