Hi! I am Andrea :) I love kids! I don't have children yet, but I have always taken care of them in my country, Brazil. My family is huge and I used to spend a lot of time with my cousins (all ages). I used to change diapers, give a bath and give baby bottle. My sister has twins - my nieces just turned 3yo and I spent their first month with them until I come to USA. First I moved to NYC, where I had very nice experiences with children and their families. I babysat children from 5mo to 9yo. Then I moved to Chicago, where I intend to be for a long time. Since I made this town my home, I have been working for several families. I have a regular job as a nanny of a boy at 4,5yo and some very nice and funny children (brothers Read more at 2 and 4yo, siblings at 5, 7 and 8 and 10yo, girls at 3,5yo and babies at 7, 18 and 24mo) that I take care occasionally. The age vary from 7mo to 10yo. It means I am prepared to change diapers, tuck babies in, prepare bottles, bathe them, and also read, play around, craft, help with homework, etc I have a CPR training and lots of experience with children! Also, in Brazil, I am an actress and my last play was for children audience and we had an educational program to them, to develop their imagination and control motor. This last is based in workshops about 'Animation arts with our bodies", we work with body's manipulation. I believe that the experience of being with children is powerful. I really think we can learn a lot from them and be able to track the day-to-day is wonderful. I am easy going, pacient, clean and caring person. I consider myself with good mood and sense of humor. My intention - or what I would like to develop is a very sincere and trustful relation with the child/children and family as well.
