I'm a recent graduate from Loyola University with a BS in Psychology. Thus far, my experience with children consists of two defining experiences. The first is my previous job at Centro Romero--a non-profit organization that empowers children through arts & crafts, tutoring, and camps, and workshops. The second one is my current internship at Advocate IL Masonic Medical Center's Pediatris Development center, where I mostly assist with the diagnosis, child care, and group therapy sessions for developmentally challenged children. These two experiences have inspired me to continue working with children, and have taught me skills necessary to empathize and connect with those that are often misunderstood. In addition, I have recently been hired as a part-time ABA therapist for children.
