I'm a fun loving, responsible and creative student. I'll be starting at Northeastern Illinois University in the Summer where I'll be entering their Elementary Education program. Currently I'm at Harold Washington College three nights a week. I recently decided to change course and become a teacher- I woke up one day and realized it's what I'd always wanted to do! I'm fantastic with kids and often babysit my friends' children. I believe children flourish when they are provided clear expectations and guidelines and are engaged in an interesting, kind, and supportive way. In addition to feeling comfortable around children I'm also good with animals (I have a dog and a cat), I'm an excellent cook, I don't mind cleaning, and I possess excellent communication skills!
