A native Chicagoan, I graduated from UIUC in 2012 and went on to build a career in marketing and hospitality. Yet, I adore spending time with children and have since my counselor days back in high school. So I’ve filled many nights and weekends over the past 15+ years with babysitting opportunities of all ages. More recently, I had the pleasure of devoting a gap year in corporate life to being a nanny for a 2yr old and 5yr old. I feel very comfortable with newborns as well having helped care for my nephew when he was born (he’s now 21 months and I still take every chance I get to fill in as his sitter). I consider myself to be a very playful, empathetic and reliable person. I love to try new things, I have a strong creative drive, and I thrive on all sorts of engagement & involvement. Read more I love board games, sports, crafts, library visits, and almost every outdoor activity in the summer. I’m happy to do drop-offs and pick-ups, if needed. I will also gladly take on any cooking and tidying, always attempting to leave the house as clean, if not cleaner, than when you left.
