Katie was very professional and jumped right in. Our 17th month old was asleep when she arrived so their first meeting was when he woke up, which can be very stressful. She made him feel comfortable and the transition was smooth.

Katie was awesome!! She stayed with my daughter and my niece, and they adored her! She was extremely patient and accommodating with some of the time adjustments I needed to make. We liked her right away, and this was probably one of the best initial Chime experiences we have had so far. We would certainly have her back!
