Hi, my name is Devon. I would describe myself as kind, epathic and creative. I enjoy being active, enjoying the outdoors and reading. I am a School Psychologist in Chicago Public Schools, in search of part-time babysitting opportunities. As a School Psychologist, I evaluate Pre-K through 12th grade students for special education and provide social-emotional, academic and organizational support. I have a Bachelor's in Psychology, Master's of Education in Psychology and an Educational Specialist degree in School Psychology. In addition, I am vaccinated and CPR certified. Outside of my current professional experience, there was hardly ever a time in my life that I wasn't working with kids. I babysat throughout high school, nannied throughout college and worked at a preschool during my three years of grad school. I have cared extensively for newborns and toddlers. I have a car and am happy to take children to the beach/park/museum, etc. I Read more am available on an occasional basis (nights/weekends) all year round. Though, ideally, I would like to find a family who is in need of a babysitter/nanny for two to three days per week during this summer, while I am off work.
