I have nearly 10 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities. I have worked with individuals between the ages of 5 and 75 with learning, intellectual, emotional, physical and multiple disabilities. I have experience in school, academic, day camp, overnight camp, and home settings (including Easter Seals, Northeastern DuPage Special Recreation Assocation (NEDSRA), and the Pine Tree Society). I have a degree in special education from Illinois State University. I taught for three years as a fourth and fifth grade special education teacher. I have recently resigned from teaching to pursue my dream of becoming an actor. I am seeking part-time work as I continue to audition and take classes in Chicago.
