Jennifer interviewed with us. We offered her the position and she accepted. We sent her an email with a contract for her to sign. She never responded. We called, emailed, texted and no response from her in 5 days. This is very disappointing and unprofessional to not say anything and leave us hanging. One would think she should at least have the decency to let us know if she changed her mind instead of completely ghosting. It shows she is unreliable and not trustworthy. I’m glad we saw this early on rather than having put our child in her care.
