Sophia was great - she was on time, friendly, and responsive as we worked out details around scheduling & logistics. She did a great job with our two children (3 years & 18 months) quickly won them over, and kept them entertained and happy despite being trapped inside due to freezing Chicago temperatures. She was easily able to handle dinner, bedtime, etc. and we came home to peacefully sleeping kids.
