I have volunteered with over 125 nonprofits geared towards child advocacy, child development, and urban developments. I enjoy reading and traveling to see different state libraries. One particular experience is I spent over two years volunteering with Chicago hopes which assists children ages (4-17 years) who are living in homeless shelters with their homework as well as providing engaging activities. I really enjoyed my time there and this would be a great addition to my schedule as I am preparing to go back to school. Children are the best source of energy and hope that is completely and utterly rewarding. I am willing to meet up and have coffee as I have a pretty flexible schedule.

Rickie has been a very reliable, caring and fun babysitter for my 7 year old son. He looks forward to Rickie coming over because she spends a lot of time playing with him. Also, she always brings a book to read with him. She has a very gentle nature and is a joy to have around. Rickie is always on time and the house is in order when I come home. I would highly recommend her.
