Hi, my name is McKaela. I have babysat for many children from ages 2 months old to 16 years old and I worked at a summer camp four years ago where I was responsible for up to 50 children per day. More about myself... -I have my Masters degree in Organizational Behavior Management (which is applying behavioral analysis principles to the workplace).
