My name’s Destiny Smith & I am enrolled at the University of Illinois:Urbana-Champaign. I come from a big family & a loving home! 3 years of Summer camp experience with 6-7 year old toddlers. Monday-Friday I’d do more than take attendance. I kept the kids engaged through a series of both in-door and out-door activities, I kept track of emotional wellness, I made sure their snack time went efficiently, as well as keeping a tight ship by using daily color charts to give the kids a visual image of their behavior throughout the day— as a group and individually. I also am the second oldest of a big family! I spent high school babysitting after school, so there’s the dedication!
