Hi! My name is Ana Cervantes, im a 20 year old information systems student at UIC living in the little Italy/west loop neighborhood. Despite my career path, I’ve always had a passion for teaching & caring for kids. I currently work in a nursery/preschool in the West Loop area where im responsible for a group of 8 2-year olds throughout the day. Aside from this, I’ve worked at a YMCA summer camp (summer 2021-2022) on a team of counselors for large groups of kids aged 5-12. In addition to these experiences, a WILCO childcare program at my high-school allowed me to receive a couple ECE credentials, experience working at a daycare & CPR training/certification aswell!
