I've always loved being around kids. I think there's so much you can learn just being surrounded by them. That's one of the main reasons I adore being a sitter. Being a sitter allows me to provide a fun, secure, and cozy environment while getting the chance to foster meaningful connections with children. With experience, I've learned the value of consistency, patience, and attentiveness, whether I'm assisting with bedtime, planning events, or simply ensuring that they feel taken care of. I have lots of training with family friends, families I've worked with and I've trained in a classroom environment. I was a teacher assistant in a third grade classroom. This role taught me how important it is to be attentive to all situations going on. Also, that every child has a different personality, so approaching situations will look different with each one.
