Ana C.

Ana was late 6 minutes, without any notification. She was not a great match for our family and she didn’t do a great job to take care of our 2 weeks old son. She put a new formula into the used bottle, our son was crying a lot with her and she didn’t know how to comfort him, she also set up her laptop 5 minutes after starting a job. Definitely would not recommend her and ask her to leave 1 hour after coming in.

Ana arrived right on time, was great with the kids, and made sure they went to sleep when they were supposed to!

She was great! On time, friendly. Helped the kids get through their school night to do lists and got them to bed on time.

Great service from the very charming Ana. My boys were very well cared for. I would recommend her and use her in the future.

Ana was amazing! I'm so grateful that she is part of the Chime community. She arrived right on time, which I really appreciated. She is such a sweet and gentle person and was so good with both my children. I knew my kids would be in good hands. Today, my daughter has been talking nonstop about Ana and all the activities they did together. I don't usually write reviews, but I did feel compelled to write this one for Ana. In addition to her pleasant demeanor and great interaction with my children, *she cleaned my house for me, too!* I came home to a spotless playroom that looked like a war zone before o left for the evening. Ana picked up all the toys all over the house and put them away beautifully. Dishes were washed and leftover food was put away. I am *not* used to this from a babysitter, and I was beyond impressed and beyond grateful. I highly recommend Ana and look forward to the next opportunity to hire her again.

Ana definitely have a touch. She is not saying - 'babies cry I'm used to it'. She does everything in her powers to remove what makes the baby uncomfortable. Is it a diaper, hunger, temperature, position, need for a hug or playing or sleeping - she is there for the baby. This is a very refreshing attitude. One shall never ignore babie's screams as how else they can tell us that something is wrong.
