Shuntay took care of our three children (10, 4, and 2) last year during a one-week trip overseas. She was excellent. She asked all the right questions before we left, checked in as needed (which was not too often), and arranged frequent video calls with the kids so we could see their little faces while we were gone.

We had a video interview scheduled with Shuntay and she never showed up. She didn't message us ahead of time to say she couldn't make it anymore and she didn't respond to our message 10 minutes into waiting for her asking if she could still make it. The strange thing is that she was quite communicative before, completing three back-and-forth messages with us. This behavior is very unprofessional and Shuntay is not someone we would trust with our kids, as communication and reliability are key skillsets for a babysitter. What's more, this seems to be a pattern with Shuntay as there is another review that similarly states she never showed up.

Shuntay babysat our three children (10 y/o boy, 4 y/o boy, and 2 y/o girl) for a week while we were out of the country, and she was great! She has a warm and practical personality and got along well with kids and parents alike. She also struck the perfect balance on communications; she was an excellent listener and very responsive when we reached out, and reached out as needed with pertinent questions or when a little one needed to see Mummy & Daddy by video. We highly recommend Shuntay!

Literally canceled and never heard from again. Not professional.

Shuntay was a date-night sitter for my 5-month-old daughter when we visited Chicago one weekend. She was punctual and followed our instructions to the tee. She seemed very sweet, and was able to calm my daughter when she woke up crying unexpectedly. I'd book her again in an instant!

We saw immediately that Shuntay has a passion working with children. She was very reliable and was very helpful with our infant daughter.

My son is ADHD and Bi-Polar (with sensory processing), so I know he can be a handful at times. Shuntay did such a great job... CJ had a blast and a really good day with her. I found Shuntay to be very reliable... she texted on her way, arrived on-time, and even texted at lunch just to say that everything was going great. I've already asked her back to sit for CJ during his Spring Break!
