My kids liked Melissa, and she seemed to really like them, however, I found her to be totally unreliable! She didn't show up on more than one occasion and never called either. After giving her several opportunities to get it right, she watched my 3 daughters for several months 2 afternoons a week, and some weekend pms. At the end of that time, she just stopped showing up and never called to say she was no longer interested in babysitting here. There was no incident; we were on very good terms. This, to me, is inexcusable; she never said goodbye to my kids! I am very disappointed with this individual!
