I asked to meet Sarah, it took about a week to hear from her. I finally did she said she would call the next day and didnt. I finally texted her and she replied. She came to my house to meet me and my children. They liked her. We set up the first day of babysitting for a week and a half later. I tried texting her my schedule for other days and called her. For 6 days she never responded back. I finally called her again and she answered. She seemed like she was somewhat confused about what we had talked about. She said she would be there on Friday. I texted her a little later to ask a question, she never responded again. I finally had enough and texted her that I no longer wanted her services. If she can't respond, she isn't reliable for my children and I will never risk that. Truly disappointed.

We hired Sarah to watch our 14 month old for two full days (8-5) when we had to work while traveling, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Sarah showed up on time, acted professionally and immediately put our toddler at ease - it's clear she has lots of experience with small children. We gave her basic instructions (nap times, what to feed for lunch) and she took it from there. Sarah was able to keep our active toddler entertained, fed, napped and happy. They went for walks, played, danced and had a great time. We got back to a very happy and content baby! I would highly recommend Sarah and would use her again any time.
