Hi, my name is Makena and I am a student at Northern Illinois University. I am currently in my third year of school and actually graduating this year with a Bachelor's in Science degree. My major is Biology and I am also working on a minor in Chemistry. I have grown up babysitting one family back in my hometown since I was 16. The boys I grew up babysitting are now 8 and 13 years of age. I never had experience babysitting infants or changing diapers. However, in the summer of 2021, I got my CNA certification and have had many experiences since changing the dispense of elderly residents.I also have my CPR certification. Over the summer I worked with kids aging from 5 to 17 years old at the Boys and Girls Club in Joliet, where I played a ton of games with them.
