I am 26 years old and from Sleepy Hollow, IL. I am a graduate of the Boston Conservatory, with my bachelor's degree in musical theatre. I grew up being around babies and young children almost constantly between family, neighbors and church play groups. Those experiences instilled my love of children, especially little ones. I have been babysitting and nannying for children ranging from infants to preteens since I was 11 years old. I am CPR certified, and have also been trained to do the heimlich maneuver for all ages. Coming from a musical background, I especially love getting children engaged in music. Introducing them to singing, or musical instruments if they are in the home. I believe it's an incredibly important tool for children's cognitive development and it engages them, no matter what age.
